Once a new company has signed up for evaluation by us, our team is ready to evaluate. Our process has been reviewed and refined consistently since our inception in 2002.
Assign – When a new company is being evaluated, the company is assigned to a research team that specializes in their specified vertical and category. This team maintains the responsibility of evaluation for the company until they choose to no longer be evaluated by us.
Evaluate – The research team analyzes the information provided to us by the company to create a basic evaluation from which to start. Our team then assesses the basic processes in place from strategy development to final result. We also review their client support services that are in place. Once direct contact is done our team scrutinizes the information to check for any inconsistencies. The team checks with third party sources to check for any red flags regarding the company. The final step in the evaluation process is to connect with at least three clients of the company to obtain an evaluation from their perspective.
Review – When the evaluation process is complete the team meets together to review the information that has been compiled regarding the company. They take into account pertinent information factoring for any bias on the part of the company and their clients. Inconsistencies are specifically noted to all members of the team.
Score – At the end of the review, each member of the research team gives the company an evaluative score in each of the five identified criteria for the company’s vertical and category. They then give the company an overall score. The scores are then put together and averaged by the lead researcher. The numbers are placed into the system for comparative analysis.
