Clients are the best source of information on any business in action. The companies can provide us with how things look on paper and how they are supposed to work. Clients can provide us with real scenarios and how a company was able to perform in the situation. As a result, we carefully craft our surveys uniquely to each applicable vertical and category. They are written so as not to show bias in either direction regarding a company. We are looking for a fair evaluation of the firm based on their experience with the company. An experienced research assistant handles the communication between our team and the firm’s clients. Surveys are handled by phone or email depending on the preference of the firm.
Our phone surveys are completed by the assigned research assistant. Calls are recorded to ensure that the information provided by the client is retained as accurately as possible. All phone calls are confidential and information is not transferred from these calls to the firm being evaluated. Primary questions are delivered by the research assistant from a script. Follow-up questions may be asked by the representative as deemed necessary to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Once the call is complete a transcript of the audio recording is creating and maintained in the research files of the company. The same research assistant handles all clients of the assigned firm.
A company can choose to have an email survey completed their clients. In order for the survey to be sent the company would login to their profile page and submit the name, email, and service provided through a form on the references section of their profile. This automatically sends a written survey link to the reference to be completed. A research assistant ensures that the survey has been completed with 7 days of the survey being sent. If the survey has not been completed within that timeframe, the company is contacted to either connect with the client or provide a new reference. If there are any questions, a follow-up call is made by the assigned research assistant and the phone evaluation procedures are implemented.
